1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JmpLynk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide URL shortening, QR code generation, landing pages, link analytics, campaign management, and related tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute links, QR codes, or landing pages that:

  • Link to phishing, malware, or other deceptive or harmful content;
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights);
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content designed to manipulate search engines or referral metrics;
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
  • Contain child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers minors.

We may suspend or terminate links, QR codes, or accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. See our Report Abuse page to report a link you believe violates these terms.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data and Analytics

The Service records click and usage data (such as timestamp, approximate location, device, browser, and referrer) for every link, QR code, and landing page you create, regardless of your plan, so that data is available immediately if you upgrade. 7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from third-party content accessed through links you create.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
